Management of Sugarloaf Townhouses is accomplished in two forms. The property itself is managed by a property manager who resides in the area. The property manager is responsible to the Co-Managers for all day to day issues that come up on the property and for all care and maintenance of all common areas.
The second aspect of managing the townhouses is the supervision of all daily activities which is the responsibility of the three co-managers and the director of finance. They are board members. The board is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the LLC’s business and its’ property. Those responsible individuals follow:
